Information on Returns & Refunds

Our policy is very straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) to us. No questions asked. 

Kindly note that we do not cover return shipping. 

We have worked very hard to make our bags not just sustainable and ethical but also affordable. At the moment, our customers can enjoy free shipping on all orders – no matter their order size!

For us to offer free returns on top of the free shipping, we would have to increase our price which means we would have to go against our own values of making sustainable products affordable. For this reason, we encourage you to be intentional. Make absolutely sure that you need the particular product and thoroughly vet it to ensure that it has a place in your life. Shop sustainably and do not be a part of the wasteful culture of fast fashion. 

Taking the unwanted purchase and putting it back in transportation means doubling your planet-warming carbon emissions and other harmful pollutants. In the United States alone, there are over 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. During a return, trucks burn about 1.6 billion gallons of diesel fuel. In 2017, 11.3% of all purchases were returned. 

“People need to be aware that there are environmental consequences of sending back their returns. You know, they don’t just go into thin air and disappear,” says Sharon Cullinane, a professor at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. 

Let us change our wasteful habits. Be intentional with your purchases. 

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and the item must have a hang tag. It must also be in the original packaging and it must be returned within 10 days from when you received the order. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week after we have received the returned product.

Please note that you will not be refunded if we receive your return after ten days.
