Information on TERRA THREAD Returns & Refunds

Unused products in new condition (clean, with hang tags attached) may be returned within 14 days (postmarked) from the date you received the order. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week after we have received the returned product. Please include your order number or your return/refund will be delayed.

Kindly note: We do not cover return shipping.

No refund will be issued for orders postmarked for return after fourteen days.

Our apparel is on FINAL sale, returns and exchanges will not be accepted on our apparel (t-shirts and hoodies).
