The Zem Mini Backpack is small but mighty—making it the perfect school pack for smaller people or an everyday pack for anyone who has taken Thoreau’s “Simplify, simplify, simplify” advice to heart. While this everyday carry backpack is scaled down, it still has all the durability and organizational features needed for school, work or outdoor activities. Made from the same heavy-duty 14-oz organic cotton canvas as our full-sized Earth Pack in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, the Zem Mini Backpack has a small flip out internal pocket to keep the small stuff handy and a zippered external pocket for frequently needed items. The straps measure 22.5 inches, providing ample adjustment for children and most adults.

Great bag, great impact!

It’s a perfect basic backpack. It’s not too small or too large. I personally use it as a school bag and purse. Works great! Love the double way zipper

Cute mini

My daughter picked her blue backpack for the start of school and absolutely loves it! I love that it is organic cotton and sustainable. It looks durable and we will see how long it lasts.

Perfect even for a taller person.

I love this backpack. As a tall person, I was worried that it would look comical on me—but it fits perfectly. My iPad, a few notebooks, a small umbrella & all other miscellaneous items to run my errands fit inside. The main problem with cotton bags is that they are heavier than their synthetic counterparts, but due to its size, this backpack isn’t that heavy, which is luckily because the straps are on the narrow side (wider straps is my only suggestion for improvement).

Exactly what I wanted

This backpack is the exact size I was looking for! Not too big but not tiny. The material is really nice and strong so I can see it lasting for a good while. Very happy with my purchase.
